A Mining company in Gauteng is seeking for a suitable candidate who can fill the position of Engineering Manager . Minimum qualifications: An Engineer with Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent recognised qualification: BEng Tech in Mechanical Eng (NQF 7), or BTech in Mechanical Engineering (NQF 7), or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (NQF 7) Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) – Mines Legal Appointment in terms of MHSA Section 2.13.1, with demonstrated experience in fulfilling statutory experience Advantageous: BEng Tech Hons (NQF 8) Professional experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification engineering experience in hard rock, open-pit mining environments, preferably with shallow ore bodies and variable ore characteristics affecting plant performance Proven leadership of engineering teams designing, implementing, and maintaining systems managing material flow through crushing, grinding, and flotation processes Expertise in strategic planning ...
