What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a QA engineering team of ~10, managing performance and fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own the QA strategy and processes across multiple product teams, establishing standards and best practices to ensure consistently high quality and reliability of critical software products.
• Oversee test planning and automation – direct the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks, ensuring thorough coverage for new features and releases.
• Solve complex quality challenges by implementing innovative testing solutions and driving ongoing process improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
