• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, cross‑functional departments, and customers, developing team competency in UPS systems and solutions.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, design standards, and project execution methodologies to achieve zero‑defect delivery, cost optimization, and technical compliance.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of customized UPS projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, profitability, and effective management of project changes.
• Lead customer‑facing activities including kick‑off meetings, project reviews, expediting meetings, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
