Engineering Manager

New Look DC, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, is seeking an Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading an effective Engineering function, overseeing a co‑ordinated team of multi-skilled Engineers to deliver business and departmental objectives through continuous improvement. The role will also champion and embed a strong team-based culture across the department.
