Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist the Director of Engineering in managing the daily operation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of all hotel engineering systems and facilities. The position ensures that hotel equipment and building services operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is required. Professional Mechanical Engineer License is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a five-star hotel or building engineering operations (Managerial experience preferred)
• Preferred with Pollution Control Officer and Safety Training
• Proficient in occupational health and safety standards.
• This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.
