About the Role
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, process, etc.)
- Plan and manage engineering projects: scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation
- Oversee design review, technical compliance, quality control, safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments (manufacturing, procurement, R&D)
- Continuously improve processes, drive cost reductions and efficiency initiatives
- Mentor and develop engineering staff; lead hiring and capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
- 8–10+ years of engineering experience, with proven management experience
- Strong technical background relevant to your industry
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
