About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of 8-12 software engineers while driving predictable, high‑quality delivery. You’ll combine strong leadership with Agile expertise to support team growth, optimize workflows, and remove impediments. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have the opportunity to drive technical direction and modify process and procedures.

- Leadership & Coaching: Develop and mentor engineers, support career growth, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Agile Delivery: Lead and support Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and improve predictability, flow, and delivery quality.
