We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to take ownership of all hard services, compliance and capital project delivery within a large, high-profile, live commercial asset.

This is not a desk-based facilities role. It requires visible, hands‑on technical leadership within a multi‑plant environment operating under constant operational demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all M&E service delivery and contractor performance
• Ensure full statutory compliance and audit readiness
• Oversee capital projects ranging from £500k to multi-million-pound schemes
• Manage occupier fit‑outs and provide technical sign‑off
• Develop and manage lifecycle planning and departmental budgets
