Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering teams supporting radio communication products
- Drive project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk management
- Support design integration across RF, FPGA, DSP, Mechanical, Firmware, and Systems teams
- Oversee technical reviews, requirements management, and project execution
- Support manufacturing operations, testing, and new product introduction initiatives
