About the Role
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of full stack engineers building and scaling Carbon Health’s care delivery service.
- Provide technical leadership across frontend and backend domains while enabling the team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and other Engineering leaders to define technical strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
- Drive architectural direction and ensure best practices are applied across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Own delivery outcomes by balancing scope, timelines, and technical quality.
- Support system design and implementation decisions in a modern microservices and frontend application environment.
