About the Role
Key Requirements: Bachelorâs degree in Engineering with at least 5 yearsâ experience in a senior leadership or General Management role within an engineering or automotive-related environment. A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or similar will be advantageous. Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance. Strong track record of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability. Experience operating within a global or multi-country business environment. Exposure to engineering project delivery environments, with a solid understanding of resource planning and execution. International travel will be required.
