· To provide day to day manufacturing support to fastener production operations.
· Review/analyze production processes and make recommendations for improvement actions.
· To support and oversee the OEE improvement activities.
· Undertake process improvement activities, monitor improvements and report on their success.
· Document manufacturing operation instructions and provide relevant training as required.
· Assist with new manufacturing process design.
· Assist with the investigation and resolution of product and process concerns.
· Support update of drawings through change request process.
· Ensure that all new manufacturing processes/process improvements are verified in accordance with IATF requirements.
· Utilize data analysis/monitoring to support problem solving activities.
· Assist in the APQP process for new product development.
