The Test Equipment Engineer supports production by ensuring reliable test equipment performance through qualification, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of test and automation systems. The role enables stable operations, quality compliance, and efficiency improvements across Final Test and Backend processes. Manage the setup, qualification, and deployment of new or upgraded test equipment for production and capability improvements. Improve equipment performance metrics such as MTBA, MTBF, OEE, UPH, and vision/handler optimization. Perform troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and risk mitigation on test equipment. Support yield, quality, and MOOI/OEE improvement initiatives through equipment and process enhancements.
