About the Role
Job Description:
- Resolve all the technical or engineering issues that arise during the course of construction;
- Direct daily overall works activities, answer questions about technical aspects and guide workers throughout the construction process;
- Attend all necessary project meetings to ensure projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
- Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others;
- Evaluate tenders received for construction works;
- Data collection (e.g., schedule, job progress, costing sheet, etc.) to correctly evaluate project performance;
- Handle project documentation, material requisition, and cost control;
- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications;
- Check site installation whether it is in accordance with design and standards;
