Engineer- Senior Structural

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of structural and road inspectors ensuring inspections comply with approved ITPs, RTA specifications and international standards.
• Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists for structural and road‑related works.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements and material submittals for bridges, underpasses, culverts, retaining walls, shoring systems and ancillary highway structures.
• Coordinate and inspect foundation and substructure works including piling, pile caps, abutments, piers and box culverts.
• Monitor progress of structural and road works, report status and risks to the Project Manager/Resident Engineer and provide technical input to the Planning Engineer regarding sequencing and recovery plans.
