Responsibilities
- Support R&D activities specifically related to new product / technology development, characterization, and qualification
- Initial 1st silicon product debug and optimization for customer sampling and qualification
- Characterize products for manufacturing enhancement opportunities
- Product/Process optimizations to improve the yield/quality while reducing the test time of devices
- Perform and maintain electrical test methodologies to ensure products meet data sheet specifications
- Develop test software, programs, methodologies and define test parameters associated with electrical testing and characterization
- Develop necessary production processes and related documentation for factories
- Perform necessary sustaining and reporting activities for high-volume IC manufacturing
