Create multi-layer PCB layouts for (Analog, Digital, Mixed-Signal, High-Speed, High-Power).
Translate schematics into optimized PCB designs meeting signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, UL and safety requirements.
Perform component placement considering mechanical constraints, thermal performance, and manufacturing best practices datasheet.
Design controlled impedance routing for high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, LVDS, etc.).
Define and apply Constraint Design Rules (CES), DFM, DFA, and DFT guidelines
Review and resolve fabrication and assembly queries.
Work closely with Hardware Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, ECAD Librarians, SI/PI teams.
Prepare documentation such as fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, Mechanical drawings.
