This includes planning manufacturing processes, researching technical literature for new metallurgical methods, and developing tools, processes, and equipment to produce high-quality products with optimal capital expenditure. Additionally, the role emphasizes the design, operation, and control of processes to optimize both casting and machining. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is also responsible for new production development, cost-reduction initiatives, and the implementation of automation processes.
