Title: Engineer, Integration & Electronics Job ID: 21859 Location: ST Engineering Jurong East Bui, SG Description Responsibilities Conduct investigations of Ship Control & Monitoring Systems (SCMS) and Platform Management Systems (PMS), assessing data accessibility and determining viable integration pathways for each deployment. Interface with SCMS and PMS platforms from major marine vendors using industrial communication protocols including OPC-UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, NMEA 0183, and NMEA 2000 to extract vessel data into ZAEL's systems. Where SCMS/PMS-level integration is not feasible, investigate the underlying PLC and SCADA layers, or work down to IO cabinets and Local Operating Panels (LOPs) to identify and tap available hardware signals. Develop and maintain integration scripts, data adapters, and configuration files that translate raw vessel signals into structured, ingestion-ready data for ZAEL's analytics pipeline.
