Responsibilities
- Prepares scope of work, cost estimate, work schedule, bid documents and coordinates with Procurement for project bid out.
- Reviews all trades designs drawings/plans, equipment/materials specification, proposals and BOQs.
- Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and requirement of the project.
- Coordinates with internal customers (end users) on their requirements.
- Manages both in-house and subcontracted projects.
- Ensures projects are within desired quality & safety in conformance to applicable codes/standards
- Ensures timely and cost-effective implementation of the projects.
- Ensures that all materials and quality of work are in conformance with the contract documents, plans/drawings and specifications.
