Job Description
The Engineer - Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in the Vaux commercial organization by helping customers evaluate, design, and operationalize material handling and warehouse automation solutions across the Vaux Technology Suite. This position partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through deployment planning. The Engineer - Solutions Engineer serves as the operational and technical advisor throughout the sales process, helping customers understand how Vaux solutions integrate into real-world warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing environments. This position requires a combination of operational understanding, technical aptitude, consultative problem solving, and strong customer communication skills, and involves navigating warehouse operations, evaluating workflows, supporting pilot design, and translating customer requirements into scalable operational solutions.
