Create and lead failure analysis team for repeating the customer claim or/and disclosing the root causes deep, widely and availably to conduct corrective actions of all assigned RMA products of customers. Prepare an official, logical and authentic failure analysis report for RMA case. Statistics, review, raise improving event and solve problems based on FA view. Statistics failure mode of RMA product, confirm and publish the final failure in time (FIT) cases. Contribute RMA product repair information and review RMA order.
