Job Summary

The Equipment & Hardware Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of production and test equipment to ensure high levels of availability, performance, reliability, and safety. This role involves close collaboration with OSAT partners worldwide to support manufacturing operations effectively. The engineer works cross-functionally with Production, Process, Quality, and Vendor teams to achieve manufacturing goals, drive equipment performance improvements, and minimize downtime. A key focus is on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing best practices in equipment management.
