• To perform the role of customer complaint management and reporting of customer complaint cases
• Required to perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR)
• Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line
