About the Role
Job Descriptions
- MEP BIM Modeller and BIM Coordinator
- Knowledge in BIM 360
- Use of BIM to perform drawing works
- Able to draw Revit 3D and AutoCad 2D
- Plan, organize and executive all engineering drawing assigned
- Ensure all engineering work and piping/electrical drawings updated as of site plan
- Perform project system design, planning etc.
- Prepare technical drawing
- Perform monthly engineering report
- Provide in-house technical training to all staff
- Evaluate and source for materials, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Understand and comply with government regulations
- Ensure that work done is being carried out accordingly to standard working procedures
- Observe and ensure safe working conditions
- Able to provide B.O.M and Q.S. from drawing
