Job Details Position Title: Energy Engineer
Status: Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Faculty/Department: Capital Development & Facilities Management
Campus/Location: North Campus
Minimum Starting Salary: $105,342 (determined based on qualifications and experience)
About the Role Energy Engineer will support Humber’s climate action and energy efficiency objectives by improving the efficiency of its existing building stock of over 3 M ft² across two main campuses.
Key responsibilities:
Building Optimization: Identify, assess, prioritize, recommend and implement energy‑saving opportunities related to operational changes. Engage with operations teams and departments as necessary. Foster a sustainable energy management culture.
Lead the implementation and development of the SkySpark platform.
Review Building Automation System and control sequences to identify and implement control optimization.
