Manage incidents, problem or work requests including configuration changes, minor enhancements, resolution of break-in fix issues, problem solving and troubleshooting, business consulting, system upgrades, data/analysis maintenance, user training and collaboration
Coordinate efforts with other IT support teams (SAP, Non-SAP, other applications)
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Set up configuration, implement changes, perform unit/integration testing
Work with business users and external partners
Assist with work estimation and planning as part of Agile implementation in the team Previous experience supporting financial applications for Upstream processes (such as Energy Components and/or CGI Production Accounting Solution and/or EDI viewer), or experience in Upstream Accounting
