Mid‑Level Endpoint Management Engineer

The Mid‑Level Endpoint Management Engineer supports day‑to‑day Intune operations and ensures consistent service delivery for managed devices.

What You’ll Do

• Execute daily Intune operational tasks (policy monitoring, compliance checks).
• Resolve standard endpoint incidents and service requests.
• Support device onboarding, configuration changes, and user issues.
• Assist with rollouts of new endpoint features or policies.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Maintain Security baselines (BitLocker, Secure Boot).
• Troubleshoot operational Intune issues related to enrollment, compliance, policy conflicts, or deployments.
• Have experience working within ITIL‑aligned service operations.
• Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.
