The Role
As an End User Technologies (EUT) Engineer, you ensure endpoint devices are secure, compliant, up to date, and reliably supported across the global organization. Leveraging deep expertise in MDM, Microsoft endpoint technologies, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem, you create strategy, direct management, and optimize a diverse endpoint landscape across Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS — while helping define and improve modern device and mobility management practices.
You act as a Level 3 (L3) support expert / SME, providing advanced technical guidance and escalation support to Level 2 teams and Field IT colleagues across plants and office locations worldwide, and you drive continuous improvement through automation and innovation using tools such as PowerShell, Azure Automation, and other Azure-based services.
