End User Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist for a scheduled onsite dispatch role occurring once per week . The technician will provide hands‑on support for Windows and Mac devices, ensuring end‑user systems remain operational and compliant with client standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for Windows laptops/desktops and Apple Mac devices .
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and diagnose device‑related issues.
• Install, configure, and image Windows and macOS systems as required.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding activities, including workstation setup and device deployment.
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, software, and peripheral issues.
• Configure and support devices including monitors, docking stations, printers, keyboards, mice, and mobile peripherals.
• Perform software installations, updates, patching, and basic system maintenance.
