Employer Engagement Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector. Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to build positive relationships with new and existing employers on a telesales basis. A proven track record in sales/telesales (minimum of 1 years experience) is essential.

The role will involve: providing outstanding levels of initial information and advice regarding our services, training programmes and funding, including Apprenticeships, Traineeships and other work-based training opportunities. securing appointments for our external Employer Engagement Team to further discuss our programmes/services. The above position will be filled by an individual who is professional, motivated, committed to the development of people and will fit into our first-class team.
