Employee Relations Specialist

Conducts impartial, confidential investigations into employee concerns, potential misconduct and Ethics Point cases. This role ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and collective agreements, and partners with HR and Legal to support fair and consistent disciplinary outcomes.
