Responsibilities
- Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and grievances.
- Conduct fact-finding investigations and prepare documentation/reports.
- Ensure company policies and Code of Conduct are properly implemented.
- Support disciplinary processes (NTEs, administrative hearings, due process).
- Maintain employee records related to incidents, corrective actions, and resolutions.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters.
- Monitor workplace climate and recommend engagement initiatives.
- Assist in policy review and updates in compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate with Legal or HR Management on sensitive cases.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
