About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and grievances.
  • Conduct fact-finding investigations and prepare documentation/reports.
  • Ensure company policies and Code of Conduct are properly implemented.
  • Support disciplinary processes (NTEs, administrative hearings, due process).
  • Maintain employee records related to incidents, corrective actions, and resolutions.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters.
  • Monitor workplace climate and recommend engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in policy review and updates in compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate with Legal or HR Management on sensitive cases.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
