Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for managing Service delivery and support to make sure Service Level Agreements, and customer satisfaction targets are met. This person will be also responsible for implementing various optimization and tools as well as for contributing to a scalable platform. Her/His day-to-day operational activities will be focused on ensuring software and hardware availability requirements are met.
This professional will join a talented team of engineers who build our industry-leading, highly scalable, carrier-grade platforms.
