About the Role
Leads design and implementation of disaster tech systems including EWS and IRS.
Responsibilities:
Support in the design and delivery of technology-related activities outlined in the MRDP work plan, including technical assistance, specification finalization, integration support, and procurement processes.
Review existing IT systems, monitoring dashboards, EWS, and IRS platforms to assess current capabilities and future needs; identify best practices and benchmark systems across India and other states.
Assist the preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and Technical Design Documents (TDD), and assist in drafting Terms of Reference and RFPs for technology service providers.
Oversee the API integration and interoperability across various IT systems developed or adopted by the department.
Assist in training and capacity-building initiatives for IT modules at the state, district, and community levels.
