As part of our European 24‑month program, you will gain a wide breadth of exposure and experience across our key business units. During the program you will rotate through various assignments:
Engineering : Join a small, experienced engineering team supporting the development of equipment used by Avient manufacturing sites. Focus on investments and projects of equipment for masterbatch production.
