ELV Technician: Fire, CCTV & Access Control (OT & Accommodation)

Adeeb Group is urgently seeking highly skilled ELV Technicians to maintain critical safety and security systems across premium commercial facilities in the UAE. You will ensure zero downtime for fire alarms, CCTV, and access control networks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on GCC experience in a fast-paced facility management environment.
• Ability to independently read technical wiring diagrams and troubleshoot complex ELV control panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on Fire Alarms, CCTV, and BMS systems.
• Respond to emergency client breakdown calls within strict SLA timeframes.
• Maintain accurate logs on the CAFM mobile application regarding spare parts usage and repair status.
