ELV Design Engineer

The Senior ELV Design Engineer leads the design, coordination, and technical delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for complex building and infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing ELV design development from concept to IFC, ensuring compliance with international standards, managing junior engineers, and coordinating with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams. Design Leadership Lead the design of ELV systems including: Structured Cabling (ICT, Data & Voice) CCTV & Video Management Systems Access Control & Security Management Systems Intrusion Detection Systems Public Address & Voice Alarm (PA/VA) IPTV, SMATV, MATV Intercom, Nurse Call & Emergency Communication Systems Parking Management & Guidance Systems Integration with BMS and other smart building platforms Develop design concepts, system architecture, and design narratives.
