You'll train and lead hourly employees in operations, safety, and facility maintenance, while initiating improvements to meet operational objectives. Maintaining a safe, sanitary workplace in compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, etc.), along with establishing and maintaining preventive maintenance, sanitation, and operation schedules, will be central to your success in this role.
