Job Overview Oversees day-to-day operations of the plating team, defines goals, improves technologies, and determines the best action to meet schedules and resolve technical issues. Job Requirements Lead and supervise shift operations of reel-to-reel plating lines. Ensure adherence to production schedules, throughput targets, and delivery commitments. Monitor plating parameters such as current density, line speed, bath chemistry, temperature, and ph. Ensure correct setup and changeover of plating reels and materials. Minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment downtime and preventive maintenance.
