Electronics Verification Team Lead

As the Electronics Verification Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient testing and verification of smartphones, tablets, laptops, AirPods, and gaming consoles while leading a high‑performing team. Based within our Technical Operations team, you will drive quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across verification processes. Reporting to the Strategic EVS Manager, you will work closely with Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Business Operations teams to optimise performance, manage resources effectively, and support business growth.

This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with leadership, project ownership, and operational management. Your contributions will help improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and cost performance across the verification function.
