- Identify and report issues as part of Lean functions and evaluate relevant performance indicators.
- Comply with the policies, objectives, and programs related to the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System, being aware of the impact of their actions on achieving the company's results.
- Adhere to the policies, standards, procedures, and instructions outlined in the Code of Conduct, Internal Work Regulations, and any other guidelines established by the company.
- Attend all training sessions defined by the company, including those related to the use of new tools or machinery implemented.
