About the Role
DEKA is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Engineering Service Technician to help keep our medical devices and test equipment running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work with different groups across the company to solve problems, dig into root causes, and maintain documentation.
How you will make an impact:
+ Maintain a fleet of medical devices (including all relevant test equipment) to designated design configurations
+ Work with various departments on the program to solve problems and find solutions
+ Must be able to create and maintain documentation using current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
+ Conduct failure and root cause analysis of product and document findings in a project database
+ Perform and document inspections of medical devices and their components according to company plans and procedures
