Key Responsibilities
- Conducts technical training in both classroom lecture and practical scenarios.
- Ability to relate experience to training.
- Ability to follow closely to the training curriculum.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- May participate in projects to improve training.
- Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area.
- At times, may assist in planning, assists managers and seniors as needed.
- Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.
- Has knowledge of working in cleanroom environment.
- Has some electrical/electronic background e.g multimeter usage
- Attention to details is a plus.
- Have initiatives mindset for improvements is a plus.
