About the Role
What Youll Be Doing - Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on-site
- Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate site activities across contractors and stakeholders
- Plan daily and weekly schedules, managing materials, tools, and equipment
- Interface directly with clients, providing updates and attending site meetings
- Drive SHEQ compliance and maintain a strong safety culture
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure quality standards with minimal rework
- Manage subcontractors and oversee productivity and performance
- Support technical aspects including MV & LV installations, BOQs, and scope definition What Were Looking For - 4+ years experience in electrical engineering or construction
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
