As a Electrical/ Mechanical BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in developing and engineering designs for our Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) projects, working closely with project teams and under the guidance of the Lead Engineer. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing BIM families, modeling building service installations in 3D Revit/ BIM, and ensuring designs are accurate, functional, and buildable without revisions. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and coordinate service installation diagrams, ensuring initial space reservations with other disciplines;
Integrate functionality, mountability, accessibility, and maintainability into models to ensur...
