Continental shift pattern:4 days on, 4 days off. 42 hours/weekon average,including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts. 12-hour shifts: This will rotate between days (07:00-19:00) and nights (19:00-7:00). Includes weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
