Electrical & Instrumentation Site Superintendent - Minerals and Metals

ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all on-site E&I construction activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning support.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, promoting a zero-incident culture.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with contract specifications.Review IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution.Interface closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and maintain progress.Monitor and report on daily progress, productivity, and site challenges to project leadership.Support construction planning, including lookahead schedules and resource allocation.Ensure quality control through inspections, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and turnover documentation.Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring systems are completed and tested per project requirem...
