Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities at construction or industrial project sites.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians, allocating daily work assignments and monitoring productivity.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and project specifications.
• Inspect completed work and rectify defects before client inspection.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and manpower records.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
