Electrical Estimation Draftsman

• Prepare and modify electrical drawings such as SLDs wiring layouts lighting earthing and cable routing using AutoCAD.

• Review tender/IFC drawings and extract quantities for electrical BOQ.

• Assist estimation engineers in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids.

• Perform material take-offs and prepare detailed quantity sheets.

• Cross-check drawing specifications and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for clarification on material specs and drawings.

• Maintain drawing logs revision history and ensure up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 35 years of relevant experience in estimation and drafting in Oil & Gas construction projects in the UAE or GCC.
